A company cannot set AI strategy for a workforce it has not measured. The fluency assessment runs across every employee and produces the dataset the strategy is built on: real capability, real usage, real risk.
Two scores per person, computed from their answers: capability (what they can actually do with AI) and responsible-use risk (how safely they do it). Bands run from beginning through developing and proficient to advanced. The instrument also takes the tool census: which AI tools are actually in use, on whose accounts, for what work. That census is usually the first true inventory a company has ever had.
Outcomes: aggregate bands, mean scores, the tool census, and the recommended next moves. Aggregates are produced only for groups of at least five people, so a small group can never be used to identify a person. One section of the instrument asks how people feel about AI; those answers are internal to Trocola and are never disclosed about any individual.
